Delete your BeloPle account

You can delete your BeloPle account yourself, at any time, from inside the app or from the
website. You do not need to ask anyone's permission and you do not need to wait for us.
Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone.
In the BeloPle app
- Open the BeloPle app and make sure you are signed in.
- Go to Settings (the menu on your own profile).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm. (If you joined with Google and never chose a password, you are not asked for one.)
On the website
- Sign in at belople.com.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete account and enter your password to confirm — or, if you joined with Google and never chose a password, simply confirm.
If you can't sign in
Email beloplesupport@gmail.com from the email address
on the account, with your username, and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request and delete
the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
The moment you confirm, the following are removed from BeloPle and from our storage:
- Your profile — username, display name, bio, profile photo, email address, birthday and gender.
- Every video and photo you posted, including the video and image files themselves.
- Your comments, likes, shares, follows and followers.
- Your direct messages, including photos and voice notes you sent.
- Sounds you created, and any reposts other people made of your videos.
- Your sign-in sessions, on every device.
What is kept, and for how long
- Records of payments and creator payouts. Where money was paid to or by
BeloPle — coins bought, advertising campaigns paid for, cash-outs sent — we keep the
transaction record for accounting and legal reasons, separate from your deleted profile.
- Content other people saved. If somebody downloaded or screenshotted your
video before you deleted it, that copy is on their device and is outside our control.
- Short-lived system backups. Deleted data can persist briefly in routine
infrastructure backups before those are overwritten.
Deleting only some of your data
You do not have to delete the whole account to remove things. From inside BeloPle you can delete
individual videos, photos, comments and messages, clear your search history, and edit or remove
anything on your profile — all at any time, and all permanent in the same way.
