Every video uploaded to BeloPle is read against these rules automatically. When something looks like it breaks them, it is put in front of a person — it is never removed by a machine on its own.
Anyone can report a video, a comment or an account from inside the app. Reports go to the same place, and a moderator looks at the content itself before deciding.
What usually happens first is that the video or comment comes down. An account is only suspended for something serious or something repeated.
