Terms of Service

These Terms are the agreement between you and BeloPle ("we", "us") for the BeloPle app and website. By creating an account or using BeloPle, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use BeloPle.

Who can use BeloPle

• You must be at least 13 years old. We ask for your date of birth when you sign up, and an account we learn belongs to somebody younger will be removed.
• You must give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your password to yourself. What happens on your account is your responsibility.
• One person, one account. Accounts created to impersonate somebody else, to evade a ban, or to inflate views, likes or gifts will be removed.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of the videos, photos, sounds, live broadcasts, captions and comments you post. By posting them you give us permission to store them, show them to other people on BeloPle, and include them in feeds, search and recommendations — which is what makes the app work. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already saved or shared.

What you may not post

• Content that is sexual in nature involving anybody under 18, in any form. This is reported to the authorities, not merely removed.
• Threats, harassment, or content that encourages violence or self-harm.
• Content that is not yours to post — somebody else's video, music or photos without their permission.
• Spam, scams, and anything sold or advertised that is illegal where you are.
• Impersonating another person, brand or organisation.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we say why.

Live broadcasts

Live is not recorded and cannot be replayed. Everything above applies to a live exactly as it applies to a video, and a broadcast that breaks the rules can be ended while it is running.

Coins, gifts and creator earnings

• Coins are a prepaid balance inside BeloPle. They are not money, they are not transferable outside the app, and they have no cash value except through the payout process below.
• Gifts sent to a creator are final. A gift cannot be reversed once sent, so please be sure before you send one.
• Earnings. Creators accepted into monetization earn from gifts and from views, at the rates shown in the app. Payouts are made once a balance passes the minimum shown on your wallet, to the details you provide.
• We may withhold or reverse earnings we believe came from fake accounts, bought engagement, or content that broke these Terms.
• Coin prices, gift prices and earning rates can change. Changes apply from the day they are announced and never to coins you have already spent.

Advertising

BeloPle shows ads. Where an ad is aimed at a place, an age range or an interest, it uses what you told us when you signed up and what you do in the app — never the content of your private messages. An advertiser buying a campaign is responsible for what their advertisement says and for it being lawful where it runs.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; your content goes with it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, or where we are required to by law. If we close your account, any unpaid earnings you had legitimately earned are still paid to you.

What we do not promise

BeloPle is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and working, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted, never lose data, or never contain content you would rather not see. We are not responsible for what other people post, and to the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a change that matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use BeloPle after that means you accept the new version.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda, and disputes are dealt with in the courts of Rwanda.
