BeloPle is a short-video app. You watch, you post, you go live — and if people watch you, you get paid for it. It runs in any browser at belople.com and as an Android app.
BeloPle ranks on what people do with a video rather than on who posted it. Watch time counts for the most, then how much of it people finish, whether they watch it again, share it, comment, or follow afterwards. A quick skip counts against it.
Two things are deliberate. A new video is given a real test audience before it is judged, so it earns its way rather than starting buried. And a creator under 500 followers gets a discovery boost — earned on how viewers actually respond, not handed out — so someone with twenty followers can outrank someone with a hundred thousand when the video is better.
Viewers buy coins and send them as gifts, on a video or during a live. What a creator receives is money — not coins — so it can be withdrawn. Coins cost $0.01 each.
The creator's share of a gift is 50%.
Once an account passes the monetization requirements it can apply, and from then on its views are worth money. Reposts of other people's videos do not count toward your own totals — only what you make yourself.
Coins that were bought can be spent but never withdrawn, and only what was earned can leave as money. That is what stops anyone buying coins, gifting themselves, and cashing out the same money in a loop.
Studio is where a creator sees what their work actually did. It sits behind one icon on your profile, on the website and in the app alike, and has four parts:
None of it is guessed. Every figure is read from what viewers actually did, recorded per viewer per video.
Anyone can run a campaign. You choose what you are promoting — a video, a photo or a link — then what you want it to achieve:
You pick a country or leave it everywhere, choose how many people a day — 1,000, 10,000 or 200,000 — and how many days it runs. The total and the price are shown together before you pay, so the two can be checked against each other. Every campaign is reviewed before it goes live.
Afterwards you are shown the number your campaign was actually bought on: people reached, people who clicked through, or followers won — beside the click-through rate and what it cost.
belople.com/payment is the one page money changes hands on. Sign in with the same account, open the campaign waiting there, and send the payment — by Mobile Money, bank transfer or whatever you have. You then say on the page how you paid and what the reference was, and the campaign starts, or the coins arrive, once it is confirmed.
Paying happens on the website rather than inside the Android app on purpose. Google Play requires purchases of digital services used in an app to go through Play Billing, which takes a cut of every campaign, and forbids the app from pointing anywhere else instead. So the app can build a campaign and save it — and this is where it is finished.
On the web: open belople.com. Everything works in the browser — feed, posting, live, messages, Studio and payment — and it can be installed to a home screen from the browser's own menu.
On Android: tap Download the Android app above. When it finishes, tap "Open" on the download notification, then "Install" — Android asks once, the first time, whether to allow apps from your browser; allowing it is what lets the install continue. Each build says which version it is under Settings → About, so you can always tell what a phone is running.
Watching, posting, going live and following are free.
Accounts can be private, with follows needing approval. You can block, mute and report, and reported videos are reviewed. What BeloPle collects and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
