Q o D · Question of the Day

One Question. Many Voices. One Africa.

Q o D is BeloPle's Question of the Day: every African country has its own Q o D page, where one question from the community can get the whole country talking. Ask the question people can't stop talking about, or write the answer everyone remembers, and let Africa discover your voice.

A great question can make you known

You don't need a big audience first. On Q o D, one good question or one sharp answer can get you seen. People follow the voices they love, and they can show it with gifts.

Ask, and your country answers

When your question is approved, it gets its own day on its country's Q o D page, with your name and a Follow button beside it.

Answer, and stand out

The answers people like most rise to the top. A wise, funny or brave answer can be the first thing the next reader sees.

Get followed

When people love your question or your answer, they can follow you and keep up with your videos, photos and posts.

Receive gifts

People who enjoyed what you said can send you a gift, and gifts become earnings. Gifts are for adults, 18 and over. How gifts on Q o D work

How Q o D works

Africa Q o D: one question for the whole continent

The BeloPle team picks the strongest country questions and raises them to Africa Q o D, where voices from across the continent meet under one question.

The featured creator

The raised question people respond to most puts its asker in the Featured Africa Creator spot, at the head of Top Africa. After a while the spot turns over to someone new.

Top Africa

A ranking of the people whose questions drew the most reactions, answers, shares and gifts, for today, this week and all time. No single country can fill the list, so it belongs to the whole continent.

Followers don't decide it

Top Africa counts how people respond to your questions, not how many followers you have. A new account with a great question can stand beside well-known names.

What makes a great Q o D question

Gifts on Q o D

A gift is how someone says "that was worth it". On Q o D, people can send a gift on a question, and on an answer once its writer has posted a few public videos on BeloPle. Gifts you receive become earnings in your wallet, and earnings can be cashed out.

Sending and receiving gifts is for adults, 18 and over. Coins for gifts are bought on the website, belople.com, with mobile money in supported African countries. Cash-out options and requirements are shown in your BeloPle wallet.

Ask Africa something

Q o D is in the BeloPle app for Android. Open the app, tap Qod at the top of your home feed, and find your country's question.
