What to include
Help with your account
Subject: Support. Add your BeloPle username, the email on your account, whether you use the Android app or the website, and what happened. A screenshot helps. For coins or cash-out, say when it happened.
Safety reports
Subject: Safety, or Child safety for anything involving a child. Send the link or the username and say what is wrong. Do not attach harmful material itself. Videos and posts can also be reported straight from the app; see Safety.
Advertising
Subject: Advertising. Tell us your brand, the country you want to reach and what you want to promote. You can also build a campaign yourself with Promote and pay for it on belople.com. Every campaign is reviewed before it runs.
Press and partnerships
Subject: Press or Partnership. Tell us who you are, your organisation, what you have in mind and how to reach you.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local police first.
